Can I cancel my order?

Yes, all orders can be canceled up to 3 hours from the order time. If you would like to cancel an order, please email contact@sohbcu.com.

 

When will my order be shipped?

Due to the customizable nature of our products, all products are made to order. Please allow 2-7 business days for fulfillment and an additional 1-8 days for shipping. On average customers receive their orders in 10-12 business days. Please allow additional time during high demand periods such as homecoming season, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday. Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email by the 12th day, please send an email to contact@sohbcu.com.

My tracking number isn't giving me details on my package.

Tracking numbers are sometimes sent to you as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as the carrier scans your order. This is normal and it does not mean your order is lost or missing. Please contact us if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment (1-8 business days) after you receive your tracking number.

What is soHBCU's exchange and return policy?

You can exchange your unused, unworn item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt. The original packaging must accompany the merchandise. Returned items must be safely packaged, shipped, and postmarked within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the merchandise. After your items are back in our possession, you can exchange them for a different size of the same item.

Please keep in mind that any new item ordered as an exchange will not be shipped until we receive the original purchase in the original condition. While we appreciate your business we have a strict EXCHANGE ONLY policy and cannot offer refunds for any of our products.

 

The following items are NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE:

  • Items that show evidence of wear

  • Personalized or customized items

  • Sale priced items

Do I have to pay for shipping for items I would like to exchange?

Yes. The customer is responsible for ALL return shipping charges unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. In that case, the new item will be shipped at no cost to the customer.
